Erik Arellano

I was born in Hollywood, California on the summer of 92'. A decade later, I knew what I wanted to be in life. I knew the movie industry was where I would fall. 5 years later, I knew exactly what I wanted to be. An Editor/Director. Growing up I would watch movies and forget about them. Now I see them differently. I don't just see what's in the lens, I noticed what’s behind the camera, and what goes on that no one ever sees. The hard work that gets put in these films. In The Fall of 2008, I became who I am Today. ERIKFX. I started Filming my friends local house parties, warehouses parties, gigs, etc. My editing skills were amazing at the time being. I would film with my dads $200 camcorder. I started saving money since I didn't have a job. Time Flew by, about a year pasted and I purchased ($4000) my first HDV Camera. Still in High School, I took a course my School districted offered with no fee as long as I was an LAUSD student, so I took this Final Cut Pro editing class by Apple. 3 months later I became certified as a professional editor on Final Cut Pro. I started doing big clubs, and I left the party scene. As of Now I am only filming legit events. I see big things ahead of me, but the only thing stopping is time. The time will come & I will be ready.
