With over 7 years of bilingual (Fre/Eng) customer service experience, 5 of which were concentrated on technical support, I'm currently employed as jr. system administrator for a data center located in Toronto. My team is responsible for the deployment of server solutions using both Microsoft and Linux operating systems. I'm passionate about technology and I'm always interested in learning new things.
