Erik T. Hansen

I hold a Bachelor in Science in Production with a Diploma in Business Administraton in Supply Chain Management.

I have 18 years of experience working with process improvement and optimization. This encompasses both production, logistics and administrative processes.

I have 8 years of experience of working with Lean Thinking and Lean Manufacturing. I have implemented Lean in manufacturing companies and service companies. I have worked with the whole tool box of lean using such tools and concepts as Takt Time, VSM, TPM, SMED, Flow, Pull, Kanban, Lean warehousing etc.

I have 9 years of experience in project management, participating, leading, controlling projects from large Lean projects, Supply Chain Management projects to smaller IT-projects. So I now how to manage projects from pre-analysis, over business case to actual implementation.

I have held a management position as planning manager with the responsibility for 2 planners and 5 Warehouse operators.

Privately I am married and I have two kids (age 6 and 10). I am a bit of Lean nerd, so I study and practice Lean at any given moment. Otherwise my interests are snorkling, climbing in the mountains, do-it-yourself work at home and finally enjoying life with my wife and my kids.
