Erik Weingold

Erik Weingold has been a practicing corporate lawyer since 1995. In that time, Erik has represented companies ranging from small private startups to a global Fortune 500 company, responsible for general corporate, securities, and finance matters. In addition, Erik was the founder and General Counsel to an encryption software company early in his career and he has never lost that entrepreneurial spirit. He is a graduate of Tulane University and McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. Erik is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.
