Oh, hi there.
It's not easy to explain my job or industry, as they are both changing more rapidly than we can effectively articulate. So why don't I say this? I've dedicated my life to making things easier to understand and use, whether they're online, offline, in your hands or on walls — whatever floats that boat. I've worn the titles of writer, designer, researcher, strategist, information architect, professor and entrepreneur...and all of them lead me on a journey to better engage with the world around me.
