Erin Matthaey

Hi, I'm Erin. I am a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine and of martial arts. I have been TCM for only a short while but I have been follower of a healthy life style for a better part of my life. My life in martial arts started when I was four years old. I do now teach on a regular basis. Ok so now to the fun stuff. I love anything oriental like, Martial Art movies, Anime, K-pop music, J-pop music, weapons and FOOD(no fish though) I love Dr. Who, Star Wars, Star Trek, Stargate, Bones, And the AWESOME The Big Bang Theory!! Those are just a few of my most nerdy things I love. I am slowly learning how to cook healthy. I am not very good at making my own recipes but I can follow a recipes really good. My new healthy adventure is Juicing, I buy my juices but I haven't bought a blender/juicer yet still looking. Well that is a little about me. I will answer almost any question with in means.
