I was a classroom teacher for 8 years before pursuing my dream to work with adult learners on integrating technology into the classroom. I have worked as an instructional coach for 2 years and as an educational technologist for 2 years.

I believe in working to continue my education and showcase my love of learning. By being an example of a life long learner, I hope to empower students, both adults and children, to take control of their own learning. To me, social media (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, about.me, blogging, etc.) is one of the best ways to grow as a professional and collaborate around the world.
