Hello! As you may have guessed from above, my name is Erin Huenink. I grew up in a town outside of Atlanta called Kennesaw, Georgia. I lived there for 16 years, but I am now moving to Athens to start my freshman year of college! Needless to say, I'm a total novice when it comes to college, but I'm excited to learn! At UGA, I plan on getting my BS in Microbiology (and possibly double majoring in genetics), and I hope to pursue a career as a doctor. It has always been a dream of mine to either join the military or join Doctors without Borders so that I may one day help people around the world and the service men and women who risk their lives everyday. Besides being interested in the medical field, I enjoy volunteering (especially with special needs children and senior citizens), traveling, playing music ( I can play the flute, saxophone, guitar, piano, and the piccolo), listening to music, meeting new people, spending time with family, and becoming closer to God. I also have a love of old classic novels, music scores, good movies, and British television shows. If you'd like to know more about me, just ask! I promise I don't bite :)
