My passion is training and development. I recently stepped down from a management position to go back to school full time and receive my MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. Having been in multiple positions with Starbucks for almost 7 years, I have managed reams of up to 20 people, lowered labor costs for my business to 0% variance as well as trained and promoted multiple employees to higher positions. Coming in to the job market after receiving my MBA, I plan on continuing to use my years of customer service, excellent communication skills, management of personnel, on-boarding, hiring, training, payroll, inventory and time management to help assist me in developing myself in future positions.
