People talk to their customers but they don't always listen. That's where I come in. A communications/social media strategist and a mom to two amazing children, I spend my days in Raleigh, NC building and keeping relationships. After 12 years in an office, I'm now at home blogging for BabyCenter and my own site, A Parenting Production, while freelancing for others.

When I'm not totally engaged with people, I'm entrenched in music, theater or a good book. I aspire to be a local actress, but having young children puts a slight damper on that. Coffee gets me through the day.
