Hi! I'm Erin, and I admit it, I am a late bloomer in life! No point regretting that now though. Better to bloom late, than not at all!

I call myself a 'late bloomer' because it's only in the last year that I've realised what I want to do with my life.

I'm currently studying Clinical Nutrition, and my aim is to help others live healthier lives. I'm still amazed at the lack of knowledge there is amongst people about the basics of good nutrition, and it just makes me want to get out there and change peoples lives!

Now that I've started the journey to what I hope is a new career, I have thought of so many other goals I want to achieve. It's such a great feeling to finally be passionate about something, and being able to embrace new thoughts and ideas every day!

I'm loving every moment of my life right now, and I can't wait to achieve my goals and hopefully share that with the world.
