Hello. My name is Erin Farner and I am an interior designer/home decorator and experienced Realtor. I was born and raised in Austin, TX but now I live in New York City.

After graduating from the Concordia University Texas in 1995, I started working as an interior designer with one of the most famous home decorating firms in Texas. In 2005, I established my own firm and my projects have appeared on the front page of House Beautiful magazine.

I also blog about home decorating. I love to provide simple DIY tips to my readers. Other than that I also provide space planning and construction drawings for every type of project.
