Erin Fischesser

Erin is a full-time copy editor at the Cincinnati Enquirer. She was most recently a copy editor and freelance reporter at Cox Media Group. She is a May 2011 Miami University graduate with bachelor's degrees in journalism and economics. Erin has worked at a number of professional news organizations, including The Washington Examiner and The Oxford Press, and served as editor in chief of The Miami Student during her time there. She also received a 2011 Poynter College Fellowship and a Dow Jones News Fund copy editing internship at The Charleston Gazette.

Erin has a passion for news and storytelling. She can often be found glued to some form of media reading about the latest breaking news or the future of the industry. Outside of her work, she is also an avid ice cream eater and sports fan.
