I am a copywriter by day, a novelist by night, and a wife, mother, seamstress, gardener, painter, poet, and photographer in between. I only get paid for the copywriting.

I live in a little old brick house in Lansing, Michigan, nestled somewhere between angry protesters on the Capitol lawn and raucous frat boys at nearby Michigan State University.

And you know, it's really quite peaceful.
