Erin is an executive and team coach who helps senior executives and innovation leaders solve complex business problems. She’s passionate about removing obstacles to intrapreneurship and delivering remarkable customer experiences. Clients include Allstate, Capital One, Cisco, Daimler, DIRECTV, Genentech, Infosys, Intuit, GE, SAP, TOMS, UnitedHealth Group, Upwork, Voya and Walmart.

Erin earned her MBA from Babson College, and an BBA in Organizational Behavior and Marketing at the UMass, Amherst. She is Executive-in-Residence for the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College and Studio Mentor for Design for America at the Stanford University d.school. Erin is a professional certified coach (CPCC), an Innovation Games™ Trained Facilitator, and co-creator of the book, ❝Business Models for Teams.❞
