I always work with the big picture in mind, never loosing sight of what my team, my company, and my fellow communication enthusiasts are constatnly work toward. This is what motivates me and keeps me pushing to get as much out of an internal campaign as I can, while also yearning for any other projects, or even ideas, that my colleagues would like to lay on my desk.

Apart from some surface-level facts, I can be ambitious and quite the little firecracker depending upon the topic of conversation. I am also my worst critic, which most people see as an obstacle, but I see as my advantage. After driving myself completely insane, I usually end up loving my end result.
