Erin Mendenhall is the principal agent of Mendenhall Properties, a real estate firm headquarterd in the D.C.-metropolitan area. Her properties and clients span the greater-Washington D.C. region -- from Maryland, to D.C., to Northern Virginia.

A native to the area, Erin has leveraged her business expertise and personality to position herself as one of the leading real estate expert in the Washington area. She has appeared on HGTV; as well as been featured in The Washingtonian Magazine and The Washington Post.

This spring, Erin celebrates Mendenhall Properties' tenth year anniversary.

In her free time, Erin has committed herself to better the greater-D.C. community. She works actively with Habitat for Humanity and to end homelessness in the community.
