Back when Erin Mykleby was a student-athlete Academic Service Learning Assistant for the Iowa football team, she worked one-on-one with student-athletes to help develop organizational skills, and develop better, more effective learning strategies. Before joining the Saint Leo's Athletic Department, Erin spent time working with the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), and several other athletic bodies representing Division II schools.

In 2013, Erin Mykleby coordinated the "ball kids" for two rounds of the 2013 NCAA Women's Division I basketball tournament ad she was a summer intern for USA Track & Field in Indianapolis, where she dealt with the areas of High Performance and Coaching Education. Prior to joining St. Leo's as their Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing, Fundraising, and Community Engagement, which is her current position, Erin spent time working with the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), where she served as liaison to a number of NACDA affiliate organizations, including the Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA) and the Division II Conference Commissioner’s Association (D2CCA).
