Erin Pillon began working as a hostess and server in the Miami, Florida, nightclub scene in 2013. She initially joined Set as a waitress but soon worked her way to the position of hostess for VIP clients. As a hostess, she is tasked with ensuring the highest level of service for all VIP customers. Her responsibilities include reserving specially requested tables, accommodating large parties, and providing bottle service and an overall excellent nightclub experience for guests. Erin Pillon soon expanded her VIP hostess duties to include three additional clubs: Icon, Mokai, and Space. In 2013 and 2014, she additionally worked as a professional dancer through Zhantra Entertainment. In this position, she danced at a number of unique venues, including an overnight Bimini cruise.

Erin Pillon holds an associate degree in hospitality from Miami Dade College and is in the process of obtaining her bachelor’s degree. Outside of her work in the nightclub industry, she has experience as a brand model for Voli vodka.
