Hi, my name is Erin Seagraves, and I am currently a student at Middletown High School (graduating class of 2018). Within my school, I participate in a number of activities, such as the varsity tennis team, Model UN, and perhaps most notably, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). I am the historian for Middletown's chapter of FBLA, and I compete in business-related events every year.

I also have a presence in the community outside of my school. I enjoy volunteering, and I have volunteered for an organization called "Rebuilding Together," for which volunteers help to refurbish the homes of people in need. I have also volunteered for my church and for my mother's nonprofit, My Cats and Dogs in Kuwait. My Cats and Dogs in Kuwait is a 501 (c) (3) established to help save the stray animals in Kuwait. I am the Director of Communications for my mother's organization, meaning I essentially control and review any and all of its internal and external communications. Not only do I fulfill this role in the company, but I also travel to Kuwait to directly work with the animals and with other rescuers. I am currently considering other volunteering opportunities in addition to what I already do, such as volunteering at a soup kitchen, hospital, or animal shelter, in order to increase my positive impact on the community and those around me. Above everything, I would love to found my own charitable nonprofit to make a difference, either for other people or for the environment. I am quite passionate about the environment and am working on reducing my ecological footprint in every way I can.

In my free time, I quite enjoy playing the piano, caring for and spending time with my pets, exploring the outdoors, reading and writing, photography, learning, keeping up with pop culture, working out, and listening to a variety of music (including but not limited to reggae, rap, classical, alternative, and pop). I hope to learn how to play the acoustic guitar in the near future.

At the moment, I am unemployed due to the fact that I do not yet have my license, but I am open to and seeking opportunities.
