Hello! My name is Erin and I have been working for a pre-employment screening company called Achievement Tec for 15 years. I am VP of the Risk Solutions Department, which is fancy-talk for our background verification and drug screening services. We also offer online personality testing.

I have been married for 7 years to Trevor, a police sergeant, and we have one beautiful, red-headed (of course!) son named Noah. We also have another son who will be arriving in February 2011.

I enjoy reading, running and organizing (you might say I'm a little bit Monica). I do not enjoy cooking, writing my blog or waking up before 7am.
