Hi—I’m Erin, an emergency management leader with 22 years of experience helping healthcare, government, and corporate organizations strengthen resilience and crisis response. I specialize in emergency preparedness and response, continuity planning, and risk mitigation, ensuring organizations can sustain operations and recover efficiently from any disruption.
Currently, I am the Emergency Manager at a community hospital in West Baltimore, leading Hospital Incident Command activations, large-scale disaster responses, and multi-agency coordination efforts. My background includes emergency management consultant for SSA, CMS, NIH, and Johns Hopkins Hospital, as well as designing and facilitating homeland security exercises for the Governor of Maryland, the FBI, and Southwest Airlines.
My expertise spans emergency planning, incident command operations, business continuity, IT disaster recovery, and Continuity of Operations (COOP)/Continuity of Government (COG) planning. I thrive in high-pressure environments, helping organizations prepare, respond, and recover in an ever-evolving threat landscape.
In 2026, I will earn my Master of Public Administration in Emergency Management degree from Clemson University. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the Chesapeake Bay, enjoying boating and competitive stand-up paddleboarding.
