Erin is currently a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education. She received her Bachelor of Arts at Washington University in St. Louis, where she was a Mesmer Scholar.

Erin is currently a member of Harambee Christian Ministries where she serves as a Servant Team Leader and Co-Director of the Visions Gospel Choir. In the past, she interned with Washington University in St. Louis' Alumni and Development department, where she will be responsible for a number of her own projects related to event planning, fundraising and marketing. She has also worked with middle school students as a tutor and mentor.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys writing short stories, singing, and reading excessive amounts of books from the library.
