Erin Weber

I am an AP English Language and Composition teacher who just moved to Kansas City, MO with my terrier mutt named Coconut. I am from Phoenix, AZ, and she is from Los Angeles, CA, so we are both adjusting to the winter weather this year. We both love going on walks and burrowing in large quantities of blankets. I also love to cook, bake, and eat. I love trying new recipes!
