Erin Winter

Hiya I'm Erin a final year Dance student at the University of Surrey and am currently based in Guildford.

I'm returning from my placement year at Greenwich Dance where I was a Project Assistant, I was working alongside the producers working in departments such as Marketing/Advertising, Reception, Learning and participation and Front of house etc.

I have a passionate interest in Film Studies and inspire too transition back into Film once I graduate potentially a masters, after sadly having to drop my film studies minor in first year. I have cinematography experience, very basic self taught green screen compositing and editing skills that I would like to develop! Film styles I enjoy (analytically) are German Expressionist and stereotypically anything Hitchcock.

I love to dance in particular Contemporary/ Contemporary African, Jazz and Ballet and I'm part of the Dance Squad team. I also am intrigued by the musical genre of theatre and dance.

I currently work at the Disney Store after expanding my love for the company when I worked at the Walt Disney Resort in Summer 2017. Where I developed transferable skills such as hospitality, professionalism, time management, team work, guest interaction and scheduling.
