Dr. Erisa Sam is from the Southern California. She was born in family of physicians who instilled in and nurtured her passion for pursuing dentistry since childhood. She received her bachelor’s from University of California, Irvine, graduating among a top students of her class. During her under-graduate career, she was a research intern at the Beckman Laser Institute and spent a summer studying at Harvard University. She presented her work at conferences and was ultimately published in a peer-reviewed journal.
Her outstanding performance for bringing in technology to the patient care earned her Digital Dentistry award two years in a row.
