Hello, I’m Erkkie. I’m the Director for Curriculum and Material Development at NAMCOL, previously a Senior Lecturer, Deputy Director for eLearning & Learning Design at the University of Namibia: Windhoek, Namibia. My work involves developing policies and implementation strategies for digital learning (blended and online learning), overseeing the development of educational programmes for higher education, TVET and general education, and driving the development of policies to create an enabling environment for institutional academic operations. My research interests include promoting the development of 21st century and employable skills within digital learning environments. I am passionate about youth empowerment and alleviating youth unemployment.
