Water Filtering System
Just wanted to say thank you. Priced fairly, goodconstruction, made in the USA (minus fittings) detailed instructions only basichand tools and a drill are needed. Flow is good from tank. Water tastes verygood, 10 ppm after install. Shipping was prompt. Very pleased customer.
It's super easy to install. I had a different model beforeand this one is tiny and already feels good on my skin. I have yet to test itthough ppm.
I really like the quality and taste of the water. Some stateyou should replenish the minerals that are depleted, but as long as you'resupplementing in some way, you should be fine. My only complaint is the time ittakes to fill the storage tank up, even though that's expected with a systemlike this. I am aware they have higher flow rate systems, but this one fit myneeds. The first time, you have to wait 2-3 hours for the tank to fill, thenyou have to purge the entire tank (expected either way). Beware of the initial6-hour timeframe before you get the good filtered water you want. I would havesome water on reserve if you are worried about your water you'll have to use inthe meantime.
I just wanted to say how pleased my family and I are withour new water filtering system. The water quality is great. The system so farit working smooth and beautifully (over a month usage) however, be sure youhave enough room to house the filters and tank. They do take up some space.
I am impressed the the quality of the components andinstruction manuals. One thing to note is that the inventory of components doesnot explicitly call out a few tiny plastic pieces - tubing inserts andcompression sleeves - which turn out to be very important parts of theassembly. I actually had tossed out one of these pieces, thinking it was just apiece of garbage! Be careful - don't throw anything out until assembly iscomplete and everything is working!
Good quality, not too hard to install. I choose to buy itbecause it is made in the USA, and even small connection parts are made inTaiwan, which are in great quality. The instruction is not too hard tounderstand, and it is not difficult to install.
