I am a senior lecturer of Construction Project Management at School of Housing,Building and Planning, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. I am also a Visiting Research Fellow at Liverpool John Moores University and Academic Visitor at Department of Building, School of Design and Environment at National University of Singapore. My research interest include: Innovation in construction organisation, technology transfer, absorptive capacity and housing. In my spare time I love reading, cooking, and writing.
