Most recently serving as a Senior Project Manager for CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Ernest Grotsky boasts over 30 years of experience in construction management. Also certified as a building inspector in the state of Florida, Mr. Grotsky retains a solid understanding of construction codes, safety standards, and OSHA regulations. In the past three decades, Mr. Grotsky applied his skills at numerous contracting firms, overseeing the development and implementation of multi-million dollar building projects at G&W; Masonry Systems in Columbus, Ohio; Construction Systems of the Palm Beaches, Inc., a business he established in Florida; and Brooks Construction, one of Greensboro, North Carolina’s leading contractors. In conjunction with his demanding career, Ernest Grotsky devotes a great deal of time and energy to expanding his knowledge of construction management. Already holding an Associate degree in Architecture/Construction Technology, Mr. Grotsky is currently pursuing a second professional degree at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Offering a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees, North Carolina A&T; University boasts distinction as one of the country’s preeminent mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering schools.
