My name is Ernesto Gutierrez. I am a Maker and Shaker. I have been an e-Learning Manager for 16 years in a row. As a result I have been given the opportunity to have developed all stages engulfed in a project kick off, implementation and evaluation:

• Technological and Didactic Software Tools Selection: Estimates and budget projections, SOW and WBS. Here I usually recommend using rapid authoring tools, as budgets can be lowered significantly.
• Business and Training Needs Detection: Information Analysis to develop LMS Modules and Learning Objects.
• Project Scope: Requirements Assessment to design Working Plan with Deadlines Compliance.
• Digital Instructional Design and Mentoring: Knowledge Transfer Development, Storyboarding, Interactivity Patterns Design, Gamification, Animation and Programming.
• Personnel Recruitment and Teams Formation: Talent Detection and Hiring, Staff Management with deliverables compliance.
• Management and Follow-up: Objectives and Deadlines evaluation and compliance.

My work has always been based upon Key Content Detection and Analysis to generate physical, virtual and curated contents. I aim to design, foster, establish and execute clear e-Learning development paths and communication paths to ignite Knowledge Transfer Training.
