I'm Ernest Reinhardt—an entrepreneur at heart with a bit of a restless spirit when it comes to business. I’ve always had a drive to build things, take risks, and bring ideas to life. My background is pretty diverse—I started in real estate and lending, but my career really took off when I helped launch Adult Chocolate Milk, a spirit brand my sister and her friend dreamed up. I handled the sales and marketing, and in just 18 months we had it in 38 states, with major distributors and national retailers like Costco and Kroger. That brand was eventually acquired, but the experience taught me a lot about what it takes to scale something from scratch.

After that, I focused on fitness—something I’ve always been passionate about. I invented the ROWFORMER, a machine that combines the strength and control of Pilates with the intensity of cardio. It’s the first of its kind. I filed patents in the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand and opened a studio in Newport Beach before COVID hit. We had to pivot, but that led to an amazing partnership with Strong Pilates, who now use the ROWFORMER exclusively and are expanding globally—including 150 studios in the U.S.

At the core, I’m someone who loves solving problems, thinking outside the box, and building something that lasts. Whether it’s a brand, a machine, or a relationship—I’m all in.
