Ernest Rudyak was born in Moscow, Russia before moving to Massachusetts of the United States. Rudyak went on to attend the University of Southern California where he studied Civil Engineering.

Following his graduation, Rudyak returned to Moscow to work with Engeocom, an engineering company. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Association" ENGEOCOM. "
