Ernie Ross

Ernie Ross founded the personal transformation center ReThink in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, in 2012. Under his leadership, ReThink functions as a global resource for enlightenment and a facilitator of empathy, understanding, and kindness on the international stage. Offerings at ReThink include centering sessions, which help individuals achieve a state of deep relaxation, and enlightenment interventions, designed to spark a person’s inner desire to learn. In his role at ReThink, Ernie Ross implements a number of personally developed branding philosophies and programs, including Intangience, designed to create enduring relationships between brands and individuals.

Three decades prior to establishing ReThink, Mr. Ross established Ross Advertising, also in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. He continues to manage operations at the advertising company as chief executive officer and creative director. Between 2015 and 2016 the advertising agency received 112 American Advertising Awards, the largest number of awards ever won by a Caribbean advertising company.

Beyond his various responsibilities in areas of personal development and advertising, Mr. Ross enjoys staying active by boating and traveling. A few of his more leisurely interests include reading and writing.
