Edoardo Romano

My name is Edoardo Romano, I'm 17 years old and I'm from Milano, Italy. I have one little brother, his name is Andrea and he is 7.

I'm glad to have a family like this, because everything goes right and I love the way we love each other.

This year I've made a big decision in my life: to study abroad far away from my family and my homecountry.

I decided to come to the North Broward Preparatory School because they told me that it is one of the best schools in florida and I liked the idea of spending a school year in America, but especially in Florida.
Another reason why I'm here, and perhaps the first, is to improve my English because it is the language most spoken in the world. Another reason is because I would love to stay here for college.
I'm here at North Broward Preparatory School because I think that a year abroad can help me to better interact with new people and grow since I have to live here for a year of my life away from my family and my friends.

My favorite thing to do during my free time, is skiing. I have been skiing since I was four years old. I won a lot of competitions, and I participated at the international finals cup. Every year I got injured, but I love to ski so much that I didn't let it stop me. Last year, however, while I was doing "down hill" I broke my thumb and i got surgery, and i didn't ski for three months.
