Eros Adragna is Managing Director at Hyperion Development, a Construction Management Consultancy Company based in Texas. An entrepreneurial and results-oriented professional, Eros believes that true innovation cannot thrive without a strong foundation.

Prior to his move to Texas, Eros cultivated a distinguished career spanning real estate development, construction management, finance, marketing and sales, and design. At each juncture in Eros' career, his forward-thinking knowledge of marketing and technology propelled him to new heights. His early entry into the interactive media industry exemplifies his ability to take on emerging technologies and implement them within existing industries.

A graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology, Eros' intense passion for creative visual solutions led him to found Two Pixel, LLC, providing visual communication services to a bevy of industry leading companies such as Penthouse, Virgin Records and Forkosh Construction.

Afterwards, Eros joined Duggal Visual Solutions in leading their new Interactive Media department, in which he helped develop the burgeoning new technology.

Eros later joined the Corcoran Group as a marketing consultant, again proving his ability to implement creative solutions, this time in the real estate market, by executing the sale and rental of multi-million dollar residencies. While at Corcoran, Eros also managed the design, development and deployment of marketing materials.

Eros continued to display his talent for creative management solutions at a variety of companies, including Forkosh Construction, Delshah Capital and Titan Realty and Construction.

Eros Adragna has over fifteen years of executive experience. He continues to spearhead complex projects with the same enthusiasm, creativity, perception, and devotion to client satisfaction that he cultivated at the start of his career.

Currently, Eros is Managing Director at Hyperion Development, a Construction Management Consultancy Company. In this role he has served as investor and developer on all company projects, and now offers consultations on ADA retrofits and lobby remerchandising projects for the Hyatt Hotel in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.
