After a long experience working with Immigrants as teacher, Trainer and advisor I have learnt and I am still learning and discovered that the successful integration is a medal with two sides and it's a mutual work of a team or a group. This experience has helped me to develop this concept I am working with today: The Other side of the medal which allows professionals to participate, learn and experience what it is to be a new comer in a new world where you have to adjust and integrate in. With this concept I have made six documentaries that have been awarded six times for the impact and positive results it has delivered so far.
These films have been presented worlwide. Ther are now used in more than 900 European Organizations. It is a must for everyone who works in the integration , immigration, intercultural communication and in training fields.
Specialties: I train people not only to learn how to work with immigrants but to experience what it is to be an immigrant and understand the inner secret world of these immigrants. That is why preparing the training in a non European country the best practice and concrete result a participant might have.
Founder of IFA (Integration For All) which put into practice "the getting out of the box " thought. I am originally from Morocco, studied English and Americam literature, specialised in the psychology and literature of the Black Afro Americans. Worked on the books of Richard Wright ( Native Son, Black boy, Uncle's tom Children...). I finished my studies at Sorbonne in Paris. Worked in The Netherlands for 25 years as teacher of social skills, trained the trainers, and maker of documentaries on integration issues. These documentaries and the tools I developed have been awarded seven times which keep me motivated and going on learning more from this soft science field of intercultural competence. I like reading books on diversities, fictions and sayings. I also read and do research on sayings, proverbs and metaphors my mother has taught me.
