Elbert A. Ruff

I am the third oldest of six offspring born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. I attended public schools in Richland District One before going on to study business at South Carolina State University, and then business and history at The University of South Carolina. I have over 14 years of experience in the real estate and church consulting field. My specialties in the real estate field include working with first-time buyers, working with investors looking to purchase foreclosure properties, and current homeowners looking to sell their existing home and move up to a larger home. I also specialize in assisting churches with obtaining financing for architectural drawings, and new construction projects. I am a committed follower of Christ, and a member of Word of God Church and Ministries, Pastored by Bishop Eric W. Davis.
