Eryck Dzotsi (@erycked - www.eryckdzotsi.com) is an innovative Digital Marketing Professional and serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of enterprise search marketing expertise. After completing his education, Dzotsi began his career in digital marketing, specializing in search engine optimization (SEO). Throughout the mid-2000s, he worked with various organizations including the Embanet-Compass Group (online education), Turnstile Publishing, USBid.com, and ZoukStation. He also worked with IMPAQT, a search marketing agency later acquired by Merkle.

Dzotsi spent the next 10 years at Merkle, a global data-driven marketing agency that is part of the Dentsu network. During his tenure, he rose through the ranks to senior leadership positions, eventually becoming Vice President of Performance Media and Head of SEO for Merkle Americas.

In these roles, Dzotsi led large cross-functional teams and managed multi-million-dollar digital campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. His notable projects included the launch of Viacom's BET+ streaming service, the merger of Office Depot and OfficeMax, and the rebranding and digital migration of Comcast to Xfinity.

At Merkle, Dzotsi was recognized as a thought leader in the industry, regularly developing best practices for enterprise digital marketing and presenting at industry conferences.

In March 2022, Dzotsi joined BOLD, a tech company known for its resume building and recruiting solutions, as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this executive role, he was responsible for leading Bold's marketing strategy and operations, aiming to "transform work lives" through the company's many brands and services.

Current roles

As of 2025, Dzotsi serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Nova Nexus, a digital marketing agency that emphasizes artificial intelligence-driven solutions.

Most recently, Eryck founded Consiliari AI, positioning himself at the forefront of career coaching delivered through artificial intelligence innovation. As founder of Consiliari AI, he intends to democratize Career Coaching and make it available to every professional seeking to advance in their career.
