Erycka Jones

Hello!

My name is Erycka Jones and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Myrtle Beach Elementary. I am currently seeking my M.Ed. in Literacy at Coastal Carolina University. I received my undergrad at Coastal Carolina in Elementary Education in 2010. I worked as a behavior interventionist in Illinois, and moved back down to the beach as a reading interventionist. I am now happily teaching 3rd grade. I am originally from New Castle, Pennsylvania. Most of my family still lives there. I love going to the beach, turtles, and spending time with my family and friends. I think teaching is the most rewarding career and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else! I love watching students grow throughout the year into better learners and leaders!
