G'day Fellow Students

My name is Saba, I have always been acknowledged for having good leadership skills, being a good listener, organized, and agreeable.

I am interested in the Following positions:

  1. International Student on Faculty of Information & Communication Technologies Faculty Academic
  2. Postgraduate Student on SSAA Board

As your faculty representative in ICT and SSAA Board, I would work diligently to translate our vision into a reality and make sure that our collective needs are met. I am studying computer networking in ICT. I would like to make my last year at Uni, a great and memorable one. I have formidable experience for a year volunteering for ICT and also as a student buddy in ICT.

My sincerity and dedication in work has helped many students to study well in their subjects. If you give me an opportunity by electing me, I assure you that I would have all of these qualities as being honest, realistic, inquisitive and attentive about your interests and ideas and help you as well by giving my own suggestions.

In addition to that I am good at making appropriate decisions. Dedicated Responsible and Enthusiastic, These are three words that describe me, and three reasons why you should vote for me. I can listen to what you, the students have to say, and pass it on to the ICT faculty and SSAA board.

Some of my Suggestions are:

  • Ensure all text books are available in the book shop and Library before the semester starts
  • Speak out against gender inequality and help to empower female student voice
  • Ensure that your feedback and assignment marks will be back to you in 2 weeks
  • Essay question in the exam that are based on what has already been studied
  • Lobby for stronger stance for ethical and Environmental issues around campus
  • Run events and workshops to promote for more personal Tutoring and Social Networking &Improve welfare for all students
