As a young child, I thought that writing would be the last thing that I’d ever want to do when I grew up. However it seams as though writing must run in the blood, as soon I realized the same joy in writing as my father had when he quit his job at Boeing to write full time.

Writing became the great catharsis in an un-listening world. The more the world turned a deaf ear, the more writing appealed to me.

After taking a writing class at TBC, I discovered that writing came natural to me. With very little education, but a passion for words, I found that I had taken to writing because of love for the art rather than for it as a profession or routine.

With each article or book I write, I fall in love with the words, concepts, and tone, just as much as I appreciate the topic that is being written about.

Finding myself now, 20 years after embracing the beauty of words, I find myself looking back at my life in two time lines. One, the harsh and unforgiving world that marches on second by second, never looking back at what it’s trampled on. And the second, a world of words, some thoughts left trapped in side my mind, and some thoughts that have been left indelibly on paper.

This second time line seams to be only a few months old as I realize that my regret has stopped the clock, almost as if saying that there are things left undone.
