Eric possesses a strong background in web development and has earned certificates in Inbound Marketing, Graphic Design, and TV & Video Production. Since starting with Conrad in 2002, he has worked in the Finance Department, Collection Department, and Sales and Marketing Department. As Marketing Director, Eric was responsible for many business development campaigns including ConradCo.com, Conrad's corporate website; PayConrad.com, Conrad's online debtor payment portal; C-EDP, Conrad's electronic document processing system for e-signatures, real-time document distribution, and online storage; and the “Client Access Web” client support and communication portal.
