11,000 residents of Escondido signed the Escondido Open Space Community Revitalization Initiative to place the initiative on the November 2014 ballot.

Now the voters of Escondido get to decide the future of our great city. This compromise initiative, called The Lakes Specific Plan, finds common ground to move Escondido forward.
