Three Turkish sisters who grew up in near poverty and built a fresh casual restaurant concept eight years ago, Flatbread Grill, now being expanded worldwide. Gonca Esendemir, Fusun Esendemir, and Arzu Esendemir are self-made entrepreneurs.
