Hire me

I'm a technology and cybersecurity leader with 15+ years of experience spanning military communications, IT infrastructure, digital forensics, cybersecurity operations, enterprise modernization, automation, and AI governance.

My career has centered on solving complex technology and operational problems in mission-driven and highly regulated environments. Today, I lead security operations while helping modernize workflows, improve governance, introduce automation, and translate technical challenges into practical strategies for leadership and operational teams.

More recently, my work has expanded into enterprise AI. I've designed AI-assisted governance and cybersecurity workflows using specialized AI agents, human-in-the-loop validation, explainable decision processes, and Agile/Lean MVP development. My focus is not AI for its own sake—it's applying AI responsibly to improve decision-making, consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

My background includes enterprise technology modernization, cybersecurity operations, ServiceNow workflow automation, technical program execution, systems integration, risk management, governance, and cross-functional leadership. I've also been recognized through multiple CIO awards for technology modernization and cybersecurity initiatives.

I hold dual master's degrees in Technology Leadership and Cybersecurity & Cyber Operations, along with a bachelor's degree in Technology Forensics. Before entering the private and federal technology sectors, I served in the U.S. Army as a Signal Support Systems Specialist.

I also founded JIMTECH Consulting, where I apply the same strategy-first approach to technology modernization, cybersecurity, AI adoption, automation, and executive technology advisory.
