Prior to starting Clarice, managed a multi-location team of 140 usability consultants involved in Product Innovation, User-Interface Design & Usability evaluation for Human Factors International – world’s largest usability consulting company

Before joining HFI, i set up a high performing UCD team at Symantec that provides ‘user experience’ thought leadership to 25+ products with total revenue of USD 5 billion and has built a very credible reputation at various development locations worldwide. User Experience organization builder - built teams, groups & communities – that address various layers of UCD architecture. Moved UCD value proposition from GUI design to Conceptual design to Product design. End-to-end product design & conceptualization based on market insights & design innovation are key strengths.
