I am an analyst with work experience in corporate finance advisory and equity research environment. I cleared CFA Level III in June 2012.

As investment banking analyst, I have experience in generating pitch books, modeling and valuation of projects across various sectors. I have worked on buy and sell mandates and projects in advisory role with responsibilities including business analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, valuation using trading and transactional comps, LBO/ MBO modeling and DCF methodology, IRR analysis and presentation of the mandate.

On the equities side, I have experience in fundamental and strategic stock analysis, financial modelling, valuation, idea generation, report writing, company results coverage, working on ad-hoc client requests and knowledge of financial databases like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Factset and Datastream.

I am currently working independently and am looking forward to exploring opportunities with you.
