Hello, I’m Eshita Akter, a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in analytics, finance, and business intelligence. My journey began with a degree in Finance and Banking from the International University of Business Agriculture & Technology and continues with an MBA in Finance from BRAC University. Along the way, I have been fortunate to build valuable skills and experiences that have shaped my career trajectory.

My professional journey began at Mercantile Bank Limited, where I gained hands-on experience in financial analysis and customer service. Today, as an Associate Executive Officer at Finsource Limited, I specialize in optimizing retirement plans, compliance, and operations. Prior to this, my role as an Operations Officer at VFS Global allowed me to develop expertise in biometric data handling and financial reporting. I am continuously refining my technical skills with certifications in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and QuickBooks, which empower me to transform data into actionable insights.

My education has been a critical part of my professional growth. After earning my Secondary and Higher Secondary certificates in Business Studies, I pursued a BBA in Finance and Banking, which strengthened my analytical and technical capabilities. Now, as I work toward my MBA, I’m focused on honing my skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business intelligence.

Alongside technical expertise, I have developed essential soft skills. My leadership experiences as Deputy Secretary of the IUBAT Business Society and Student Ambassador have taught me the value of teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving. I’ve learned to manage time efficiently, adapt to changing environments, and cultivate empathy and resilience, all of which are key to my personal and professional success.

Volunteering has also played a vital role in shaping my growth. Whether representing IUBAT or organizing events as a business society leader, I have embraced opportunities to build meaningful connections, inspire others, and give back to my community.
