Eric Singleton

Crisis Management

I am a federal criminal case consultant who supports criminal defendants and their families in navigating the personal and professional challenges that arise from a criminal investigation and subsequent proceedings. I assist legal teams and individuals in understanding the “real world” Bureau of Prisons (BOP) rules and regulations.

With over twenty years of experience as an attorney, I use my education and knowledge to help clients plan ahead and take control of their situation. I offer my professional expertise and unique knowledge of how the BOP works to help clients build their foundation for a brighter future.

My interests include world travel, cycling, skiing, and rock climbing. I advocate for mental health treatment and other reforms within the Bureau of Prisons. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, with my wife and two daughters. As a family, we raise guide dogs for the blind and prepare them for advanced training.
